I get a certain impression that your playing technique is a bit "untight", but overall I think you have captured the right essence and feeling of this piece. Keep up the good work, thanks for uploading. :)

Hey way to go!!  what a bugger that one is to learn when you are young...  took me years--and I still don't play it perfectly but I love it anyway.

fix it now -- that's my advice--when you get older it becomes so ingrained in your fingers that change is very difficult..

this is me--after oh--25 or 26 years of trying to play it---

I have the chops now but I have so many bad habits attached to this piece...  like I said fix it now..lol

Not bad at all, I would work on being more accurate on the notes (there were a lot of note mistakes), and like others have mentioned that you do have the general idea of the piece down which is good. :) Also, I would work on getting a more steady tempo as there are many times where you have dramatically slowed down even on the runs.

Other than that, keep up the good work and progress! ;)

Thanx for the comments,
well I started played 2.5 years ago when i was almost 16.( If anyone wants to know)
And about the tempo changing this mostly what I wnat to do , in almost any piece im playing im doing it to raise the drama of the piece.
and about the linked you added about your preformance, I think its a good one, but you need to record it on a real piano in my opinion its different you know.

Wow--2.5 years and you are tackling this???   GREAT JOB.  I am truly impressed.

That link to my performance was to show you all the bad habits I have on this one--I started it when I was about 19--btw I had been playing for 15 years at the time--but it was too much for me back then. So kudos to you!!!

Ahhh the real piano... yes I play one...  and maybe I will record my classical stuff someday...but I am a jazzer and that's what I get paid play most of the time...  so I don't spend a whole lot of time mastering epic pieces anymore...maybe I should start up again...  :)

Thanx for the good words I appreciate it.
and I play jazz as well (but not really a "jazz" player)
you can check in my channel there's a piece named "soul Frahm " .
And btw there are a few more classical pieces that you aRe welcomed to watch .
like the prelude in C Sharp minor or Paul Ben haim toccata.

Thanx again.

Hey hey I like the jazz combo vid...is that a college you are playing at?  I love playing with small combos--are you taking a jazz course?  looks like a lab band.

you are really impressive--that's brave to get up there and play jazz...many pianists never even try.  I have to think that you starting late may be a good thing in your case.   I started playing at 4 yrs old---by the time I was 18 I had taken so many piano lessons and my head was so in the formal way that it was almost impossible to play jazz at first.  It took me years...and I didn't get it really until I landed a jazz gig at restaurant--and after that it took a year of playing that gig before I even began to feel comfortable.

you've got a lot of potential.

Thanx.
and I'm not in college yet, I just finished high school and I must go to the army now, I hope I'll be able to play a lot during the army.
And that's a lab band in the conservatory you're correct.

that made me miss music school for a minute...lol...  thanks

so out of curiosity--why are you playing the piano with a lab band when you aren't in college yet?  Did none of the pianists at the conservatory sign up?? lol...
