Question for personal fitness trainers
on: June 26, 2015, 10:25:05 PM
Anyone have one?

(And yes, probably worth it, at the beginning, but I'm not spending money on one.)

If so, my question...
Do they just run you through exercises or do they actually pinpoint and solve the root of problems?

I had one when I started again, about 10 years back. It was ok at the time. They guide you through the very basics, if you're more advanced they adapt. But I knew one guy about 5 years ago when I was serious about training, he had valuable advice, but not for repeated sessions.

Depends on your goals. Now I'm just terrified of getting fat, so eat less and memorize music on the stairmaster, trainer would be the last thing I need.
Beethoven-Alkan, concerto 3
Faure barcarolle 10
Mozart-Stradal, symphony 40
