Kawai GM10 Buy with or without silent option

Hello,

I 'm thinking to buy a Kawai GM10-ATX , but this version with ATX cost 4,000 euros more.
I already have a Kawai CA65 , so I 'm thinking to buy it without the ATX option
and keep my Kawai CA65 when I want to play with headphones ,
So what should you do, is  there's a big difference when I play the silent mode on the GM10 -> CA65
