Have you tried to contact him and ask if this was published or if the transcript is his own proprietary o e that he used for the album and perhaps has no plans to release it?  I have found  lately lots of pianist arrangers that are alive are not as giddy to publish their work esp given to how quickly stuff pops up onlin illegally

Guess we can blame the very people that post that stuff for limiting access to new stuff. Why put it out there if peoe Will just scan it and post it?  Yet many claim there is no harm In that, but then there is when it discourages the supply and source and new material

I would check w his publicit and or Co tact him directly
Some artists are quite good sports about this stuff
