I'll voice what the fifteen readers of this thread all thought. If you're serious, you don't stand a chance. If not, which I'm sure you're not, please stop disrupting the community. Proko 2 is one of the hardest concertos in the repertoire. There is no way you could learn it in a week from NO piano background.

You are being unrealistic. It will take you at least a month, since there are so many notes.

Just follow closely what Yuja does.

How difficult can it be, after all it's just notes that you have to push on the piano the right time. Even easier if you can read notes enough to check the fast parts on the score. Everything is possible if you practice enough!

Then after you have finished the piano part, learn to do the orchestral part on another piano with your feet. Then you're ready to perform it anywhere!

...Oups 16...  ;D

I'm confused...

you told me in another string

"if you're talking about me, I'd like you to know I've been playing for a few years."

still mad at that guy who thinks he's gonna teach himself to be a concert pianist, huh?

ahhh Mjames... you're so funny.

I'm applying to the Astronaut program at NASA...  think I can do it?  I am 50.
Then I am going to apply to the Met Ballet program...  I have never had formal lessons but I have danced a whole lot...  whatcha think?
I am really great a guitar hero...  so I am going to study flamenco and become world famous...yeah ... just like Segovia

it's difficult...but you can't let ignorance upset you so...

because you can tell stupid anything...lol.

Hah. Quite an insightful post, I must say, especially after that "From beginner to Scherzo" post.
