What is this Sheet Music Folder/Binder/Portfolio called? I can't find it to buy!

I am attaching two photos of the binder/folder/portfolio that I have.. It has a lot of music sheet protectors that I can put music sheet in, and then use it like a book. All the clear sheets are attached in the center, so It's not a binder. Does anyone know what's the name of this thing so I can buy it online? :D Please let me know.

That is not quite it.. It seems it doesn't exist in USA or on Internet.
