Rach/Scriabin Etudes
on: August 25, 2015, 08:16:05 PM
Hi guys,

Can you please compare the difficulties of Scriabin's Etudes Op. 8 #12, and  42 #5 with some of the Rach Etudes? Which Rach Etudes are similar in difficulty?

Thx

Op. 8 no. 12 is very difficult.
Op. 45 no. 2 is very very difficult.

I don't really care for Rach's etudes so I'll just ignore that part of the question. Hope I helped.

lol. OF COURSE YOU HELPED! But still, my main question still remains: What Rach Etudes are comparable to those Scriabin Etudes?

PS I agree that Rach Etudes are a bit on the ugly side (except for Op. 33 #8 :-*)
