absolutely love this this.  gushing w romanticism on a level Schumann could not even have imagined. Rachmaninoff gets a lot of glory, rightly so, but wish this was unearthed more, at least we now have the '12 upload and now this one.  
Kosenko is one of my absolute favorites, ever ever ever.
recommended listening and viewing.

There is a section within this movement where the piano is solo for about 100 bars ( I followed it on Youtube ). I wonder if this is a record in terms of length. I haven't come across this in any other concerto. Might be worth starting a new thread.

good catch about the only other ultra uber cool and long cadenzaish solo i know like that is the one from the Tchaikovsky concert fantasyfor piano and orchestra
