Help With Spoon River - Percy Grainger

Hi,
My conductor recently gave me the accompaniment/piano solo that goes along to Spoon River. Some bits are challenging but solvable, except for this one. Any advice (posture, technique, crossover, fingering, etc.) is welcome! Please help  :(

The main problem lies in the cross over and fingering within the given speed (88 per half note in cut time).
