Beautiful tones, impeccable execution, so elegant, just right simplicity - so Mozart. Just out of curiosity, for playing like this, what feedback are you looking for? What sorts of improvement can you aspire for? Would you change anything? Why? (Of course, I know you are posting it to promote, but I am just curious of if there's any next level people would aspire for.)
Thanks for the positive comments. To answer your question, amytsuda, I am not always looking for feedback. I've been posting here for 10 years or so, and I know that there are people, like David, who have been following me since the beginning. So basically I post to share. But to say that I am satisfied with this or any other performance and have nothing to aspire to... wow... that is soooooo far from the truth.
anyone who would suggest that a serious classical pianist--or really any musician-- could be capable of sitting back and resting on his past performance and thinking... wow I played that absolutely perfectly, it couldn't possibly get any better than that--guess I can just check off "being a great pianist" on my list of life's achievements... is crazy.. really.
I like the expression "slightly obsessive." It is definitely part of the picture.
