Does anyone know what these tendon/muscles are called?

Behind the knee.  There are two tendons, one on each side, attached to the upper leg bone.  In just about every leg movement, they're firmed up. 

What are those called?

Hamstring tendons.   I think...

Looked all over before, no luck.  Now I find them right away after making this post.

If your lumbar curve is too great they become too tight.
