Robert Blake and Reasonable Doubt
on: December 22, 2004, 03:43:44 AM
Since I didn't pay any attention at all to the Scott Peterson case, I have decided to wake up and follow the Robert Blake trial. We haven't had anything this juicy since OJ.
Based on the little I know, though, I don't see a conviction. He has no blood on him that night and insignificant traces of gun powder. No one heard a gunshot (silencer?). How do you get "beyond a reasonable doubt" out of that one? The two stuntment who claim he tried to hire them to bump off the wife are easily impeached. Besides, who hasn't tried to hire someone to bump off their spouse?
Oh, and doesn't he look fab for 71? [insert pic of Robert Blake to prove he's awfully hunky for his age]
Cindy -- wondering why on earth he couldn't figure out some item to accidently leave in a restaurant besides than a gun, 'cause that doesn't look so good -- glasses, car keys, wallet, cell phone, anything would do
