Mendelssohn Fantasy in F# minor (Scottish Sonata)
on: October 29, 2015, 07:53:33 AM
Hello all,

I'd like to share my recording of Mendelssohn's Fantasy in F# minor (aka 'Scottish Sonata').

It was possibly one of the first times I performed to an audience of this size so it is by no means note perfect due to nerves! But do enjoy :)

(Also, I tried to rotate the video but not sure if it has done so yet??)

I did enjoy that very much.  That is a beautiful venue you are performing at, too. thank you for posting this... I love this piece.  The imperfections were outweighed by the energy you put into this IMO--but like I said, ... I love this particular piece of music and anyone who performs it. :)

Beautiful performance! It's one of my favorite piano compositions by Mendelssohn so maybe I'm being a bit biased...but I really did like it. :)
