Those of you who play Chopin op 25 12, how many months to play at full tempo?

Hi, Im starting this etude and i have a question. For those of you who play Chopin's Ocean etude op 25 12, how many months since starting it from scratch did it took you to play it at full at full tempo, how many hours a day did you practiced and how did you practiced?
