Searchin for Sheet Music

Hello, I'm new to this message board, and am hoping that it can be a continuing asset to me.

My wife discovered a piano piece on Youtube a few weeks ago, and unfortunately it was disappointingly mis-labelled. I am trying to track down sheet music for it, and my search has been mainly fruitless. As I'm unsure the protocol for direct links on this forum, I'll just tell you that the Youtube title is "Chopin - Spring Waltz". It is not a waltz, not was it written by Chopin. It is an arrangement by Richard Clayderman of a piece called "Mariage D'Amour" by Paul de Sennville. At least, that is as far as I can tell. I can only find sheet music for the original piece, and I'm hoping that someone here on this forum might know of or have access to the arrangement. I could probably transpose it from the audio, but it would be very tedious and time-consuming for me, as I'm not exactly a professional, and I'm hoping for an easier way.

The first link is the original piece by Paul de Sennville, and the second is a different arrangement. I do appreciate your help, but neither of those is what I'm looking for.
