In the pantheon of French music, Gabriel Fauré (1845–1924) often seems a paradox—an innovator cloaked in restraint, a Romantic by birth who shaped the contours of modern French music with quiet insistence. Six Degrees of Famous Pianists
on: January 19, 2016, 03:25:16 AM
It's like six degrees of Kevin Bacon, but with pianists xD.
Anyone got some good ones?
I'm a one with Alessio Bax, a two with Lisitsa and Jean-Yves Thibaubet, and a four with Mikhail Pletnev

You know, how many degrees seperate people. I met Alessio Bax, so I'm a one. And I know someone who met Lisitsa, so I'm a two and she's a one. And since Lisitsa knew someone who knew Pletnev, I'm a 4 with pletnev.
