All what a criminal element would need to do is sit you down next to her.  Then start to "torture" her.  She wouldn't have to do much.  If you see the fingers bending backwards and then look away it probably helps the effect.  It's not like you'd sit and analyze her facial expressions to see how much she really feels it.  But get your response built up from her fingers bending back and then thinking... you're next.  Going to start talking?  Haha.
