MY bookmarks? [Bob asks]

Is there a way that I can mark a page (esp on a long thread) so I can come back later to that same spot?  I know I can copy the url link, but that takes work on my part (I'm lazy sometimes).  Is there a way to do this on the site, some sort of forum function?  It would be awesome if you could actually draw or type your own comments on a forum thread and have the website save all that.
