Liapunov's Trascendental Etude no. 10 "Lesginka"; question
on: December 30, 2004, 12:42:08 AM
Hey guys I'm new here. I recently heard a recording of this awesome piece, and I was wondering if anyone was familiar with it? It sounds really really challenging, however I heard that it wasn't as hard as it sounds. Anyway my question is, what kind of repetoire/level of music should I be at to be able to play this piece? Right now I am working on the waldstein, bach partita no. 6 and the prokofiev toccata (although I might drop this piece because it is too challenging and demanding for me). Any advice would be appreciated, and I'm so happy to join this board. thanks!
