Measure 4 of Minuet from Don Giovanni

How are the sixteenth notes played in the 4th measure?

I've seen YouTube vids and it looks like they are just playing the upper voice of the diad? I can't seem to get my fingers to alternate Diads that quickly. Is there a suggested fingering?
