POV piano !
on: March 16, 2016, 04:14:32 PM
Hi everyone,

I'm trying to record my piano covers with a POV effect (point of view). What do you think of it ?

I personnaly love it, I think it looks realistic! As if you were playing yourself! :)

Thank you !

it's a decent first attempt, i think investing in better gear will get you the view you want. Andre Watts does it well here with Liszt ( ie google glass, but you could use something similar), better lighting and higher resolution video w/ a better audio processing rate will dramatically improve your fit and finish

I'd say don't use a GoPro... they're lenses are fish-eyed to all buggery and their res compared to their price isn't great.

This is impossible to do well without either a GoPro or investing several hundred dollars. Be warned.
