Dear Friends at PS,

I just received a letter from the Crane School of Music granting me a scholarship that pays for all of my tuition. I'm pretty speechless right now. It's amazing to see all of the hard work and struggles over the past three years pay off. Thank you all so much for your wonderful support. Your help, advice, and gracious ears have helped me grow as a musician and person. I hope that as the years go by we continue to share ideas and enjoy the friendship we all have together on this forum. I look forward to celebrating your successes and sharing my own as time goes on. You all are awesome! :D

God bless,

AJ

Bravo AJ.

The title "I am in shock" immediately followed by the words "I received a letter from the Crane school of music" did not give the atmosphere of acceptance into the school. I'm glad that the opposite came true.

Sometimes I can only groan and suffer and pour out my despair at the piano.

That is pretty cool to have a school pay you for the privilege of teaching you:-) Congratulations and good luck!

Update:

The Manhattan School of Music accepted me! They didn't grant me a scholarship so it looks like I'll be going to Crane. I am not disappointed in the slightest and cannot wait to see that the 2016-2017 school year brings!

Best,
AJ
