"Youthful singing" Piano Composition
on: April 14, 2016, 11:45:33 AM
"Youthful Singing" is my 8th improvisation to date. It has a theme which is altered continually so it could fall under theme and variations or ternary form (Major-minor(but no theme)-Major)
I don't think of form, I just improvise 🙃🎹 ---------------- A STORY TO TELL ----------------- ---Grade 10 is when this theme came to me. I remember sitting outside in the darkness, and humming to find a tune ... That's when this beautiful theme came to me - haunting, but beautiful and in E Major - my intention was to write a nocturne(song of the night) but never did. I will still use it someday. Yesterday, another haunting theme came to me - I will write a piece, have it named by someone special❤️, and then you can decide if it's a 9 or a 10 out of 10 --- 😏😉😊🏙🎹🌇🌅🌆🎹🏙😊😉😏
