Yes certainly lots of ways to memorize your music. You can have the complete sound imprinted in your mind which is certainly helpful when learning a piece, you can also segment the sheet music into parts and organize patterns/observations you notice. Listening and reading is helpful. I once put an entire Beethoven sonata pasted on the wall and colored it in to represent the parts, it was nice to see it every day and helped me see the complete picture. Though you will need to actually practice on a real piano to acquire the muscular memorization for performing the piece not to mention polishing it up with your ideal expression/technical control.
