Tobin Mueller is a NYC based pianist and composer who suffers with a genetic disorder A1AD, from which his sister has already died. Since volunteering in the ruins after 9/11, his condition has rapidly deteriorated.

In this interview he discussed the impact this has had on his music career. It's an inspiring story of creativity and courage triumphing over adversity. Well worth a read:
