Hello all :)  I have a question regarding to the techniques of playing octaves, how do you guys get the top note of the octave to sound more "obvious" than the lower one( playing louder with your fifth finger than your thumb ), I have tried practising it in different ways and I still can't get it right. Any help would be appreciated :) cheersss~ :)

Try to put more weight to the right side of your hand (left if you're playing with left). It's actually rather difficult to describe in words, and very easy to show in real-time.

Exactly this. I was trying to figure out how to describe it. I think my hand is slightly rotated toward the note I'm emphasizing, although it's a very slight rotation and not visible, just enough to put more weight into the right key.
