Is the website Learn Piano with Rosa a scam?

The website is mostly online piano lessons, but I am interested in their Play by Ear program. What I'm fishy about is that the website has not been updated since 2013. The play by ear program was supposed to have a volume 2 sequel but it was never released. Most of their programs have reviews from the website while their ear training program has no reviews. Does anybody here on Piano Street used products from the website Learn Piano with Rosa? I want to know if this is a legitimate website before I buy the Play by Ear Program.

I purchased the Play by Ear DVD from the website Learn Piano with Rosa. I will let you guys know in a few weeks if it is scam or not.
