Really quite excellent, Your own style mixes well with Debussy.

There were moments there that really evoked him but also real departures, one couldn't say this work was derivative.

My only complaint is that you're on Soundcloud! I'm making my home on YouTube so it's a bit hard for me to add a site to my list of places to check just to see what you do. Soundcloud just isn't for me really and I don't want to spread myself too thin.

Josh, thanks so much for listening. I really appreciate your description - as that is what i was going for.. I also appreciate that you are willing to listen to something that is not part of the standard repertoire, and giving it a chance.  I am trying to write new music For pianists :)
(ps… i may be late to the punch, but am considering youtube.. :)
All the best to you.

No problem theme! I'm trying to broaden my tastebuds at least a little bit, you and Visitor and others have helped in that regard.

I remember really liking some kind of Bach inspired prelude and fugue I think it was in C Minor. If I didn't have so much on my plate and were a better pianist I'd almost consider asking for the sheet music.

For now let's just try and keep in touch, if you do end up getting on Youtube all you have to do to get one Subscriber for sure is just let me know. Anyway it's good to see you around here again, I've had my absences too but I'm trying to check in at least once every week or two. All the best to you too.
