Looking to Purchase Keyboard For Mother, Help..

Hello,

I am looking to purchase a keyboard for my mother, without her knowing. Problem is I don't know the first thing about keyboard, I play the guitar. So anyway, here is the story, my mom used to play a real piano (one of those real big once that weight a ton) since then she never played again. So I thought as a present I'd buy her one. I'm looking to spent less then $400 dollars, but if I must, I'll spend more. It needs to be similar to a real piano or not completly diffrent, you know..

Please suggest me a piano to buy, I will probably purchase it on ebay. And probably a Yamaha one.
