Casio Celviano AP 460
on: August 12, 2016, 08:34:04 PM
Hi everyone,
As a disclaimer I'd like to state I'm new to the piano world and I'm just posting a question here as a newbie seeking for help.
I wanted to buy a digital piano for my wife, and after reading several reviews, and considering our budget we decided for the Casio Celviano AP 460.
We've order it online and assembled it ourselves and it looks really great.
But after having it all ready I've noticed two things that I don't know if they're normal or not, hence this post:
- we've one key not aligned (probably 1 or 2 millimeters) horizontally (it looks a bit more pressed than the others) and a key that when we look from the top looks a bit Korea inside. These are really minimal misalignments of few millimeters. Is this normal?
- and we've 2 keys with a strange click noise, that is clearly noticeable when the piano is off, but still when it's on we can clearly hear it.
I don't know if this is normal on a brand new piano (1 day of use) so I'd like to know your views on it.
Here's a video of the clicking sound:

Thank you in advance for your attention and replies
