Liszt sonata b-minor
on: October 01, 2016, 10:33:22 AM
Hello,
Here is me trying the big sonata live.
This is not one of my best performance of this sonata obviously... But I try to do it the honest way and not cutting.
Some memory slips here and there, quite rushed and uneven. I call it "ossias"
But besides that I think Im improving.
I hope you like, or if dislike give me some feedback.
Best regards /Jesper

Listened to the first half, and have to say it's not that bad!
It's far from perfect, but considering how insanely difficult this piece is, it's already impressive that you can play it at that level. It seems that you already got through most of the hard work, now it's just a matter of getting from 75% to 100%.
I'd start by working more on playing fast octaves.
Good luck!
