Roland KR350 - Massive fuzz sound

Hi there

I have a 350 that starting acting up. Whenever I press lightly on a key I don't get a note sound just a fuzz/buzzingHissing sound. When I hammer on the key the note comes out but there is still that phasing sound.

I thought it was the speaker but it happens when I plug into and amp and when I plug in headphones. It is present during the demo plays too.



Any thoughts on repairing this myself? I thought a factory reset would work but it hasn't.

Somewhere in there there is a fried amplifier stage, or possibly something in the tone generator.  Really tough to find, and repair would almost certainly be a new circuit board -- if you can figure out which one to replace.
