Don't waste your money.  Just find a really good piano teacher and learn with that person privately.

Sorry for giving no information. I am not familiar with those terms (i am portuguese) but i guess i am talking about undergraduate education in classical music (for performance). I know that royal academy of music and royal college of music provide this education.
