I'm pretty sure almost all of his compositions are Grade 8+ if not hovering around that area.
Pianostreet has an entire list of both his compositions and everything else in similar grades

Just because they are 8+ doesn't mean they are in the same level of difficulty...
Rondo op. 5 is 8+ and it's definitely waaaaaaaaaaaaay easier than the Rachmaninoff.
and idk, there are a bunch? Pick a Rach etude or something???

this immediately came to mind, about similar in lenght, and a similar feeling 'agitation' and agnst, texture, etc.

Moment Musical No. 4 is an Etude-Tableaux ... try Moment Musical No. 6 for starters. Also, many of the Rach Preludes are on the same difficulty plane, as are Nocturne, Polichinelle [did I spell that right?].
Besides Rachmaninoff, some of the (easier) Liszt Etudes are similar difficulty (such as La Campanella). Also consider some of the more difficult Chopin Etudes (such as Op. 10 No. 4, Op. 25 No. 6 and Op. 25 No. 11).
If you're looking for something bigger and better, the Chopin Ballades (except for the F minor, which is harder) and Scherzos are not too different. The Liszt Hungarian Rhapsodies are also basically extended Etudes with Cadenzas.
And if you want a real challenge, I heard the Rachmaninoff Sonata No. 2 in B-flat Minor played last night, and it was awesome ...
But only if you are ready to tune your piano every few weeks!!!
