Can someone help me identify this peace of music?

Hi.
This recording is of a mentally disabled person. She has learned to play the piano many years ago and does not know the title or the composer of the music she plays. I want to play with her so if someone could tell me what this music is I would appreciate it a lot. Sorry about the bad recoring, here is the link:
