This is a very interesting idea and, replayed slowly on a tablet at the piano, is possibly a good way of repeating and remembering very complex, rhythmically asynchronous improvisations quickly, bypassing notation altogether; in much the same way as the early stride pianists learned pieces by playing piano rolls slowly.
