I NEED TO GET RID OF HER!!!

SHE IS SO MUCH DAMN TIME AND MONEY

And people are like 'well what do you expect she's a dog'. No she's different!  I've had three dogs in my life and she already went through five beds and a couch.  THATS MORE THAN ALL OF THEM COMBINED!!!  And she's only a year old!!!  She doesn't get along with ANY animal, I've spent HUNDREDS of dollars on toys and she destroys them all or she doesn't play with the ones that are 'indestructible' so she takes out her boredom on destroying the couch, carpet, shoes, trashcan, everything.

And trainers are like 'oh she's just bored'...  I SPEND LIKE FIVE HOURS A DAY RUNNING AROUND WITH HER I TRY SO HARD TO KEEP HER EXERCISED WELL BUT ITS NEVER ENOUGH. I'm not exaggerating.

So one of my friends who gave her to me was like yo let me try and take her.  I was like okay and I gave Lucy to her.  Guess how long she lasted...

Now I wanna give her to a shelter (no kill) and everyone is getting mad at me telling me to hold her till I or they find a better home for her.

NO!!!!!!  That's gonna cost me more time and money!  I AM TIRED OF THIS DAMN DOG.  I love her. I really do. And I do feel kinda salty and guilty.  BUT I AM TIRED OF SPENDING MONEY AND TIME ON THIS DAMN DOG.

She's a Jack Russel Terrier mix.  Apparently they're known for being the worst dog breed for apartments and they're aggressive with other dogs and will destroy your apartment.

Yes, Jack Russell Terriers are not known for being an easy-going breed....  they became a trend from the sitcom Frazier, but many have found them to be problematic (both in apartments and single-familly homes).   I am a true dog lover, but I agree with you:   take her to a no-kill shelter.   She needs a family with a lot of rambunctuous children, and a lot of room outdoors.  the best environment for her would be family acrerage where she could run and play without supervision and the children could chase her around the yard

...... and they will still need patience with her.  

No-kill shelters know how to conduct interviews and do home-visits to find a 'forever home'.  Don't shun their services.  THEY CAN DO A BETTER JOB THAN YOUR FRIENDS!!!!!!   The other resource is a Jack russell Terrier breed  rescue group.

Hey she's different!

I've had three dogs in my life and all of them were like normal ass people.  None of them were aggressive to other dogs or people, they never destroyed stuff in the house, barked a lot or shedded a lot.  They peed in the house a few times when they were puppies but house training isn't a big deal.  And I wasn't the one who asked for a dog my roommates just took her from some random shelter and gave her to me and then left the next semester.

Like for real I spent WAY more money on her than my other three dogs COMBINED (not including food and bet stuff).  SHES GONE THROUGH FIVE BEDS AND MY DAMN COUCH SO NOW I OWE MY ROLMMATES 800 DOLLARS FOR THAT sh*t AND okay I'm done Terriers are EVIL.  

But actually though most dogs aren't like this they just literally picked the worst breed known to man and I FELL FOR IT.

A properly raised pet in suitable environment is far more competent than a toddler and much less work and trouble. Pets are generally much easier to live with than humans anyway and there are plenty of benefits in interacting with animals. Btw. As a breeder I have seen many people like you change they mind completely after meeting a really clever one...

If you know me in person everyone says I'm always a little a lot too extreme/obnoxious with the way I speak and carry myself lol.  Cabbynum could vouch for me but I've only met him a few times so *shrugs*

So I was right! You ARE emotion incarnate!

People hither and thither are talking all intellectual and stuff etc. (don't know if it's an age thing, a personality thing, a gender thing etc. could be a combination of all, I dunno) but always in the end, it's about the emotion.

Beethoven was the Lord of MadnessTM (alternative title Lord of Frankness). His music appealed to me before but sometimes its lack of charm/grace makes me like it less. It depends.

I am angry and confused now, for instance. I should like Beethoven now but then again not all Beethoven expresses impatience/rage.

I just don't like many people or something for some reason. And then I feel guilty about not liking them because I know intellectually that they (well at least some) do like me. And this is why I am shy and/or afraid of people, I guess.

Things are weird.
