In February, Ilya tried to make the first tuning of the piano. He asked for my consultations on this issue (tuning). In the first minutes of the video, we hear February result, like the song "Godfather". Today he sent a new video for me. There is progress in temperament ,(tuning) I'm think. More stable unison and intervals here + repairing of an action too (regulation of a dempers, setting hammers and others tings). I'm glad that my consultations can change the sound of the piano far  thousands kilometers. Subscribe to the channel and get your advice of tuning piano.

Hello Maximillyan. What do you think about "Scholze" pianos? Can you compare russian brands?

Maximillyan wrote:
Hi, Tankut In my practice it's ( "SCHOLZE") the best german upright piano always. It has very good an action and very nice expressive sound, good deep bass and soft discant (high) diapason. It made in GDR. I very advise you that brand piano for yours music play regards, Max

Tankut Öter
I went to see the used scholze piano today. The price of the piano is $ 770.But the damper felts of the piano are missing on some keys.(10-15 keys) Except that all keys are in operation.Do you think this price is appropriate?

Hi, Tankut It's very cheap, if you writes that "Except that all keys are in operation" Basic moment that it's piano you like it's good sound. That sound it's so your need for your play. About damper felts it's operation can repairing always. Every technicians can make it's. I'm think that you need go with technician and hearing his opinion too. If be I have that variant, I had my risk bring been give it's at home because SCHOLZE the best forever, I'm think good luck, Max

Tankut Öter
I bought the Scholze piano.Damper felts are in very bad condition.(insects) The felts in the key mechanism are also worn.(click sound) Except for these the piano is complete and undamaged. But the damper felts are very expensive.(200-250 $) I can not call the technician for now.I also need a tuning lever/wrench or your t-bar.

Hi, Tankut I'm glad that you managed to do this and the piano at home now! Now in order: Unscrew each bad hammer into an action piano. Inspect what exactly is not enough (the skin has come unstuck, the moth ate the cloth and so forth, or the spring has broken) here. All hammer must have numbers and write in a notebook about it. Then go with a sample of leather, cloth and felt in any oriental cloth market. Sellers will find you the right consumables not expensive, I think. As for the T-bar tuning hammer. You need to order it's in the forge shop. Let the smith look at this clip. But you first need to gracefully unscrew the most extreme (right) pin on the piano. Use any key or something else. A blacksmith will make T-bar using loose pin from your piano. You can tune the piano than, I think. https://youtu.be/jS5dwTy8EBQ I am convinced that you can repair mechanics (an action) and damper felts yourself. Look in the You-tube clips (maybe there is a Turkish language explanation). You can send me a small video too. For example, "I have a creaking malleus," etc. I will try to help with advice. Sincerely, Max

Tankut Öter
Thank you for your help and support.I can make a video.I would like to get a comment on the key mechanism. The keys came to me a little heavy and troubled.

Hi, Tankut Be sure to make a few videos, where separately your usual play on a piano, then you remove wood panels and I see the mechanics (an action) and strings. All you ask and show what works is not true, etc. It is desirable that you speak both English and Turkish. I will give advice whenever possible here. I plan to do a general video from these pieces later for my channel. With the title "Consultations by Max for the elimination of defects in the work of a piano for non-professionals " I hope that our "Scholz" will play very decently and cool. Our main line today is "to think and very carefully approach the decision to do something or not." We have no right to do irreparable things with you, for example, something to break, etc. Therefore, it does not matter how long it will take "our repair", let will one year. To final product must satisfied not only us, but also did not big cause doubts in others piano lover, I think. Good luck, with respect, Max

Tankut Öter
I made the video.( https://youtu.be/PmkySQghuAU ) There are also subtitles.I expect your comments.Thank you...
