Thread can be about hating any instrument really (even piano!), for me it's obviously percussion. It's such a sh*t set of instruments lol.

I'm trying and I can't come up with anything. I have no hostile feelings towards any musical instrument nor folks who learn them, even slapping consenting fat people's bellies as an instrument. I like sound, period. (that doesn't make all sound music, but I do enjoy sounds of all kinds)

To some extent ensemble instruments, like some percussion and lower pitched instruments.  What do you do when there's no ensemble anywhere on the horizon?  Even if you really wanted to, how much are you going to practice a supporting part or the instrument?  If you add in limited repertoire for that instrument too?  Although that could be an opportunity for someone to developer that instrument's repertoire....

Or dealing with a shitty instrument.  Not a situation when you can't afford something, but when someone decides to make an instrument themselves and it's crappy, while they could actually just buy a standard instrument that's superior.

How much?  Uh, every single day of my life. 

To play in a good ensemble, I need the skills to match my peers.
