How far are you willing to travel? Do you want more than master classes? Portland State University in Portland Oregon puts on a 3-day piano festival each summer in July with recital, master classes, movies and social events. It's always been good, and they get better every year.
They don't seem to have their new web page up for this year, but this is last year's

Hey!
You have another great opportunity. Did you hear about Kubalek Piano Courses in Czech Republic (
www.kubalekpianocourses.com
)? Now they are offering big scholarships! I got one - half of the prize! If you need more information, write me - pohl.r@centrum.cz
Antonin Kubalek is great pianists from Canada and there is also Zdenk Hnat, pupil of H. Neuhaus (teacher of Richter, Gilels, Lupu, Zak...).
I think you will enjoy it...

Try these links:
https://www.ikif.org/
https://www.aspenmusicfestival.com/index.cfm?&swf_plugin=0,7,0
https://www.bso.org/genC/genCone.jhtml?id=cat50084&area=tgl
https://www.arts-orford.org/en/academy/index.html
https://www.banffcentre.ca/programs/program.aspx?id=238
There's gagillions of summer festivals. These are the major ones I know of that I've either been to (Orford) or have heard good things about. Conduct a google search and you'll find lots.

There are lots, but you have to be a "kid" to go to most of them - almost all are for college-age students. There are very few for adults, and most of those are not "serious". I found one, in Italy, which I am going to with hopes that it's what I am looking for. I'll submit a full report when I get back!

Kubalek Courses are arranged only for adults...
The old pianists don't have nerves to teach kids
Anyway - it's better to try all possibilities, which you have...
but when you'll visit Gold Mountains, you'll be satisfied, I guess...
