Congratulations, Steve!  When are you performing your concert and what are you doing?  That's fantastic!

The pieces I entered are these:
Chopin's two etudes: no. 10, op. 25; no. 12, op. 10
Liszt's Campanella

I don't have any details yet, but I will post them on my homepage or here when I get them!

Congratulations are certainly in order!  Where was the competition held?  Are these the pieces you played for it?  What will you play in your recital?

Hi there again! Thank you so much for your wonderful comments! :) :)
The competition was with an audio tape and after that, the finalists had to send in a video tape! I guess there are more entries this way! I sent them a video of my concert in Mount Vernon, NY.
This is the link to the rules:
https://www.the-international.com/competition.html

I was told that I missed 1st place by only one vote! I would've had a performance in Whiells Hall in Carnegie Hall, but now I am going to do a performance in a different place in New York City! I don't know where it is, but Dr. Botazzi will tell me about it soon. I guess I'm not sure what I will play yet (Campanella, 2 Etudes by Chopin and Jeux d'eau most likely), but I know I'll get a review that will be posted on their website!
Take care everyone,
Stephen
