Teachers -- I'm just curious. If the first 31 Hanon exercises are played in all major keys, what is the approximate difficulty classification?

Obviously there will be a range, from easiest (say, ex. 1 in C major at MM60) to the harder keys at Hanon's highest indicated speeds.

Mentally, it makes it easier to have 15 ways (all majors) to vary it.  Physically... Easier to have some anchor points instead of all white keys.  Physically it's also more awkward though.

Not sure on difficulty.  I haven't done them in years.  And I did them well after I initially learned scales, didn't have to pay attention/forgot them, returned/practiced them, etc., so it was just putting a pattern over scales.

Minor might be more interesting for mental gymnastics...
