I have looked on the internet, including all the usual places and imslp, but have not been able to find a decent quality copy of the transcription. There is a copy on imslp but it is very worn and many notes are indistinguishable; much of what it says cannot be made out. Other than that, I have only been able to find the Cadenza but not the entirety of the first movement. On another thread https://www.pianostreet.com/smf/index.php?topic=63788.msg686272#msg686272 , it was suggested that I try Musica Obscura but they have closed.

If anyone knows where I can get a copy or knows of a place that sells rare, hard to find sheet music, please let me know.

Here is a video of it being played:

I forgot about this site:

https://alkan.assos.free.fr/alkan/04_partitions_en_2.html#remerciements

See - ManuscritBeethoven - 1er mouvement du Concerto en Ut mineur Op. 37. Richault 1860

I think this is a scan of the Musica Obscura.
