What song is this?

Hi guys! I need your help.

Recently my sister has come back home for a visit and she told me that apparently someone taught her this song during her highschool years. Since she doesn't play the piano, she doesn't really know what's the name of the song or how to actually play it.

I've heard this song before during my childhood but unfortunately I can't remember the name of the song nor the full piece of it. I managed to remember the first few measures of the song. I've never seen the music sheet so that's why I couldn't play the whole thing or determine if I play it correctly or not. I do seem to recall that the song is suppose to play at a quicker tempo.

Does anyone recognise what song is this and please let me know the name of the piece? Both my sister and I tried to reach high and low for the name of the piece but failed to do so. I strongly believed it was a rag piece, but I've failed to find it. I also believe it's under the key signature of Db Major, but I could be wrong too.

If you guys know what piece is this, please let me know! Thanks!

I'm surprised that I've managed to play the first 4 bars correctly. lol.
