Liebesleid pedaling
on: April 04, 2018, 09:50:48 PM
Hello everyone! I've recently started playing the Rachmaninoff version of Love's Sorrow, but I'm having trouble coming up with a good idea for pedaling. In the recordings I have heard, the piece is fairly dry, but the left hand still stays connected.

I was wondering if anyone had suggestions on how to pedal this piece. Thank you!

Which passages? I might be able to help you out.
I am trying to become Franz Liszt. Trying. And failing.
