Have you heard of "nerve flossing?"

I seems relevant to piano playing. I never heard of it. Plenty of videos on youtube, including ones actually showing just the nerve moving.
Although, it looks like it results in usual things -- Light stretching, massaging muscles, relaxing, etc.
It looks like it's more focused on the extreme parts of motion on the limbs
