Practice question: Motifs in Bach Inventions
on: May 20, 2018, 04:50:13 PM
After several weeks of hands alone practice, my teachers advises me I'm ready to put the two hands together in Bach Invention No. 9.

For those who have learned the inventions previously, I have the following questions:

What is the best practice routine?

How do I distinguish the motif in the right and left hand.

In prior pieces, it has been relatively easy (relatively being the word to emphasize) to put hands together but I find this very challenging.

Thank you to everyone for their input.
