Hi All
In the below vid I explore how to build up and develop your improvisation from scratch, starting really simple, as a complete beginner might start improvising, and slowly build up to something much more complex and interesting. Check it out if you're interested :)

I watched it, and when you talk about "from scratch" here - my impression was that there were a few prerequisites before a student could follow this video.  It felt like it was in the middle of something, and students had learned other things before(??)  It was nice to hear how you improvised these things as a musician, but will a student know how to invent things themselves.  Are there things you teach elsewhere for them to know how to do?
