this is a piece i found while going down several google rabbit holes, just looking for and listening to piano music that i didn't know. there's one or two youtube performances of it. i really enjoyed the music so i wrote to the composer, and he sent me the score. we later met, he told me the melody is a Pelopennesian one but didn't give more info than that.

however the variations are totally charming with a lot of pianistic writing, he really gives you something to play. they are clever and lovely at the same time. this is a live performance from september.

I don't know why, but pianostreet yt embed only works if you take the s off the end of the https.
