‘Minor’ Composers

Would it be possible to extend/include (partitions of) less popular composers like Giovanni Sgambati?
For instance the Piano partition of: Fogli Volanti, Campane a Festa Op.12 N.8.

Chopin definitely needs a lot more recognition, he's criminally underrated.
